Founding Member and CEO - Kristine Berry Kristine is passionate about inspiring greatness and this has become foundational in all that she does, not just for Peopleconnexion Recruitment but her clients and candidates as well. With her major focus in engineering/mining and IT industries, she has developed her knowledge of the recruitment sphere in Australia and South Africa. For over 15 years, she has honed her skills in engineering recruitment. Her recruitment expertise is broad, covering graduate programs, from designers through to senior management on major project office and site-based projects as well as corporate levels. In the midst of this, she has overseen assessment centres for recruiting a large volume of employees for various engineering roles within Queensland.

Before establishing Peopleconnexion Recruitment, Kristine spent extensive time working for a leading Australian engineering recruitment agency as well as an internal recruiter for a foremost international EPCM company establishing their Brisbane office. This level of responsibility does not come overnight. Kristine started in South Africa as a psychology graduate for arguably the largest recruitment group in Southern Africa. The next ten years saw her build her career to Managing Director at Network Recruitment based in Johannesburg.

All this experience is now obvious in the culture of Peopleconnexion Recruitment.
