Tough Questions
Your present job?
What do you like most, and least, about your present job?
Concentrate on areas that are relevant to the position you are applying to. If the items discusses are couched in vague or general terms, it will reflect negatively on what type of a performer you will be. Your answers will also provide the interviewer with clues about the type of environment or corporate culture you are seeking.
When discussing least liked aspects of a present or previous job, try to cover some area of responsibility that is far removed from any of the primary functions of the job you want. But frame your answer so that you either did a good job of it, or that learned something new that might be used in the future. This way you turn a negative into a positive and show that you are able to stick with task that do not particularly interest you.
