Melani Coetzee Joins Peopleconnexion Recruitment

A recovering economy resulting in greater activity among Queensland engineering and design consultancy management has resulted in the growth of Brisbane-based engineering and project management recruitment firm, Peopleconnexion Recruitment.

Director Kristie Berry has expanded her team to include experienced recruitment professional, Melani Coetzee, to assist with providing personalised service to her growing client and candidate base.

“This year we have been actively recruiting for a large number of new roles that have become vacant, with between 5-10 new project-based positions at a time coming in to us at the moment, particularly in infrastructure, such as rail, roads, marine and related industries,” Ms Berry said.

Ms Coetzee brings an extensive professional background in recruitment to her role as Senior Client Relationship Manager with Peopleconnexion Recruitment. She worked her way to Branch Manager with one of South Africa’s most reputable recruitment agencies over a period of nine years, which also included being promoted to Divisional Leader.

After relocating to Australia and taking some time off to raise her young family, Ms Coetzee joined Nayler Recruitment, specialising in engineering and construction industry recruitment, and achieved great success with client placement prior to joining Peopleconnexion Recruitment.

“Kristine and I, having started our careers at the same firm in South Africa, share identical values in providing transparent and ethical service” Ms Coetzee said.
