Selection
From a nationwide/international database of referrals from trusted sources, we discreetly search the market for the right person whilst protecting confidentiality. We don’t inundate you with candidates, you are only sent the most qualified candidates who meet the job requirements and also fit your corporate culture.

Advertising
Selective advertising in specialist publications is used as a backup when the right candidate has not been sourced.
Interviewing
Through face-to-face or teleconferencing, we conduct the initial interview and evaluate the candidate based on your requirements. This includes checking professional references to assess work ethic, potential and team capabilities.
We also review this job position with the candidate before arranging their interview with you. The candidate can then express concerns or questions and determine that they are making a good match. This works to your advantage as we highlight any hindrances when hiring and all interviews follow a 3-5 behavioural competency-based questionnaire. We then summarize the interview in a detailed report that comes attached to the resume.
We assist you, the client, with interview guides and prep you on the candidate’s needs.
Negotiating process
Getting the candidate across the line is not always straight forward; we negotiate and assist in getting the candidate on board.
Post Placement
We are here for the long run. Once we have a “yes”, the candidate is closely monitored and walked through the pitfalls of accepting counter-offers. We diligently monitor both permanents and contractors with regular formal reviews.
